The Challenge
Netcore Cloud was keen on improving brand awareness and establishing themselves as the No.1 customer engagement and personalization platform for marketers.
The company was looking to enhance their brand awareness and believed that employee advocacy and posting on social media consistently was the ideal way to do this. The challenge was in getting employees to post on LinkedIn and other social channels consistently.
Netcore’s social media manager Sharath Shankar was able to handle the content calendar for the company’s social media handle – the challenge was coming up with content that could be posted from the leaders’ and employees’ personal accounts.
The company needed a product that would help generate post ideas and create content for their company leaders and brand ambassadors, automate scheduling and publishing on social media, and help their social media manage engage with their followers.
While signing up with Highperformr, the company took on the goal of onboarding 15 brand ambassadors or employee brand advocates and around 10 senior leaders and having them publish at least 1 post a week.
The Impact
After just three months of using Highperformr to create and publish posts, Netcore Cloud’s employees saw a clear growth in the number of followers - an average of 12%.
Sharath manages and orchestrates social media publishing for all of Netcore’s senior leaders and brand advocates. Since implementing Highperformr, Sharath has been able to streamline his social content workflows and improve his productivity.
For instance, Highperformr’s Social AI Copilot helps Sharath repurpose the company’s blogs, case studies, and other collateral into social media posts and schedule it from the personal social media handles of Netcore’s brand advocates and leaders. The AI settings help personalize the writing style and tone of voice of every individual. He’s able to create various versions of the same post, offering unique perspectives based on the employee’s role and who they were trying to reach.
This allowed Netcore to post a variety of content types, ensuring it resonated with the right people every time.
Sharath is able to generate posts for each of the leaders, share it to them for approval and collaborate with them to edit/tweak the drafts before they’re published. The access controls ensure that the personal social media handles of every employee are secure while also enabling Sharath to schedule posts from their handles.
The Social Content Planner makes it super easy for him to plan the content calendar and keep track of posts planned and published from the different profiles he manages.
What's next?
Netcore Cloud has seen a clear improvement in follower growth and is now looking to unlock social media growth by widening and deepening its focus on social media.
The company will be expanding its employee advocacy program to bring more employees into the fold. This will help Netcore in achieving its goal of raising brand awareness and amplifying the brand voice with a wider network.
The company has also started doubling down on its social media audience engagement. Post performance analytics, engagement trends, and audience engagement patterns gave them an understanding of the kind of followers that engage with their company account and their employees.
The company is now taking it a step further to identify the accounts that engage with them, and identify leads and business opportunities from among these engaged followers.
